Výživa dětí

Skripta jsou věnována výživě v dětském věku. Jsou určena studentům lékařských fakult, nutričním terapeutům, nemocničním pediatrům a praktickým lékařům pro děti a dorost. Zabývají se otázkou výživy zdravých a nemocných dětí z pohledu současných trendů v medicíně v širších souvislostech. Zahrnují hodnocení výživového stavu dítěte, následnou nutriční péči a indikace intervenční výživy. Ukazují možnosti diagnostiky a terapie v ambulantní i nemocniční léčbě.

The textbook is devoted to nutrition in childhood. It is intended for medical faculty students, dietitians, hospital pediatricians and general practitioners for children and adolescents. It deals with the issue of nutrition of healthy and sick children from the perspective of current trends in medicine in a broader context. It includes the evaluation of the nutritional status of the child, the subsequent nutritional care and the indication of interventional nutrition. It shows the possibilities of diagnostics and therapy in outpatient and hospital treatment.
