I want to read an mBook.
Do I need to be a registered user?
No, you don't.
When reading free books, you don't need to be registered. You only need to be registered if you want to expand your library with paid books. I keep the registration information safe on my servers. I will use them to create and send invoices for the purchases you make. You will pay for your purchases by a debit card via GoPay. I will pair the purchased books with your account and assign you two lifetime licences for them. If you change a device in the future or delete a book by mistake, you can download it again.
I have a new device.
Do I need a new registration?
New registration is not required.
Because I protect all mBooks with a special key against copying, it is necessary to change your device in Publi. But don't worry, it's easy. Just log in to Publi and update the information in your user account. Moreover, it doesn't matter if you stay with the same operating system. The licence is valid for all supported devices.
How can I buy an mBook?
Simply in my ePUBLI LIBRARY . Find the book you want to buy, click on it, and then click "Buy." Enter your e-mail, password and fill in your payment details. You will pay for the selected mBook by a payment card or payment order. Once you have purchased the mBook, you will download the appropriate app to your device, log in to it, and download the mBook. You can always download the mBook into two devices.
I cannot register or log in.
What should I do?
First of all, check your internet connection. If it is all right and you are a registered user, make sure that you entered the correct password and e-mail to log in. If you still can't proceed, please contact my customer support and we'll get to the bottom of this together. If you are unable to register, it may be a temporary server failure. In this case, wait a few minutes and try to register again.
I cannot download or read an mBook.
How should I proceed?
To read purchased mBooks, you need the Publi application, which is available for free in the application stores of individual platforms. After installing the reader into your device, run it and log in in the top right corner (the figure icon) using the same login details as on my website. The mBook appears in your library marked with a red flag (instead of a lock) and you can download it directly to your device. The device must be connected to the internet during downloading. When the download is finished, the red flag changes to green.
I need to transfer the book from an old device to a new one.
How should I proceed?
Your entire mLibrary is stored on my server. All you have to do is to remove the old device, add a new device in your user account settings and download the Publi app again. As soon as you log in, you will see a list of all purchased and previously downloaded books that you can download to your new device again.
I want to create my own mBook.
What do I do?
First, send me materials for your book (text, pictures, videos, etc.), I'll check them out and send you a price quote. The price depends on how complicated your mBook is going to be, meaning how much time my programmers are going to spend on it. Afterwards, my team will meet you for a chat, in person or online, to make sure that we understand the idea of your mBook perfectly. We also want to introduce you to all the possibilities of mBooks, to make sure we meet your book's full potential.
Then, we're on it - my programmers will create the mBook, then it gets an ISBN. After your approval, the mBook goes online.
